DuPont has a culture of living up to its core values including safety, respect for people and ethics no matter what the demands may be. All efforts start and end with the core values and people being top of mind! Pros Very respectful workplace, Challenging and Rewarding work, Very good pay and benefits, Very flexible workplace arrangements whenever possible. Great if your boring. But they get you with the no nicotine policy. Great if you aren't nicotine dependent.

You get to sit in a 90s still break room or bench outside. But they are big on control. They want to control every aspect of your life. You cannot chew, smoke, vape. You cannot go to your car at all during shift hours. They make you sign an agreement that they can search you, your person, and your vehicle under penalty of termination.

And termination if you fail to have your seat belt on when entering the parking lot. I've never worked for such a Fastest company! Pros 3 half hour shifts. Cons No bodily autonomy what so ever. Pretty flexible. Not great benefits. Mediocre management. They don't care about good work ethic. Pretty stable work.

Company culture is questionable. Well my coworkers are the best and that's about the best thing about this company. I don't feel management cares to much about the employees just production. This will not be where I wanna retire at.

Often, overtime is forced on the last day you work so time off has become limited and many workers are frustrated because of it.

Pay is good and benefits are above average, but the balance of time off for home life needs to be brought back by the Company. Pros Money, benefits. Cons Work, personal life balance.

Run far away from dupont. They own your life. Zero work life balance. Ed Breen is the cancer of this company. Dupont used to be the workers dream now its an epic nightmare. A never ending nightmare.
