I have been renting property through RL Management for a little over month. Initially there were some hiccups due to my property being a "new product" for them. But in hindsight a lot of the items were out of their control to some extent.

I will say through all my frustration, Amy the manager I think, stayed quite calm and diplomatic. She honestly did try all she could to resolve issues. I had a few minor maintenance requests and they were handled extremely well. Both tech were professional and really nice. Communication is very easy through their easy to use app or I also find I get an IRL response within 24 hours of an email on average. Peter is very willing to share his extensive knowledge and experience in the property management space if you have any questions - just ask!
