They created a custom built in BBQ for our yard, and made the experience not only painless, but pleasurable. The staff who came to install were lovely and safe in Covid times, and explained how everything worked before they left.
Wish I worked with them sooner, highly recommend! I had been wanting to buy a new grill all summer. I knew it would require customization to my outdoor countertop with cinderblock support to accommodate a larger size than my old, broken grill. Gary was very helpful on the phone - he confirmed that the exact grill I wanted was in stock and I was pleasantly surprised that they had an installation team available in just 1 week that could deliver and perform the custom install required.
There were some tricky aspects to the cutting of the countertop that they handled really well. These guys worked hard and I am very happy with the thoughtful custom installation. The result looks fantastic! I was looking to buy a BBQ pellet smoker. After doing some research, I located the one I wanted and called the Santa Ana store. I spoke with Gary Smith and he offered to build it for me before I picked it up. They had every imaginable BBQ and accessories to match.
I not only bought the smoker but a BBQ Island, as well. I ended up ordering a custom built gas BBQ with a power burner, storage and a frig. The whole process from the designing stage to building it at my home went flawlessly. The project manager, Tim Hopper and the entire work crew were top notch and easy to deal with.
Excellent quality and attention to detail. After my first BBQ, I noticed a small flaw. I contacted them and within a few days, they sent out a crew to make it right. Their prices are very fair for the quality and service they provide. I'm extremely pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend.
