Employees were friendly. We all get along very well. Every year for Thanksgiving, each employee would receive a free turkey. Also every Christmas, we would have grab bags. That was fun. We also received free lunch the day before Christmas.

Fun place to work. Unfortunately, Modell's Sporting Goods went out of business. Pros Office workers and department heads received bonuses, health insurance. We also had big discount day. Every Thanksgiving, each associate received a turkey.

Cons Part-time workers did not have health benefits. This was a great place to work as a teen after school hours just to gain work experience and develop schools for my future professional life.

There was a lot of flexibility with scheduling as long as you informed management in advance. Help us improve!
