Service was attentive and friendly. Food was very good, but not great. Wide variety of food, something for everyone from pizza to steak entree, Desert menu however seemed limited. The ambiance was enjoyable and the physical location and restaurant layout and furnishings seemed to enhance the dining experience.
Love this place. Food is always great, and the menu has something for everyone. We were so lucky to have Edith as our server. Very mediocre food. Didn't like my Chicken Ragu. The waiter wasn't pleased when I told him. No complaints on the food. Service was good. The worst part was the never ending parade of tourists taking pictures right next to our table. It was very distracting. Felt like we were eating in a food court. Perimeter of seating area is not recommended.
Our first visit to Otto's and we loved it! The service was perfect; our server was attentive to us, as well as the other tables in our area. Food was delicious and prepared as we expected.
Expansive wine menu to go with cocktails. We'll definitely go back! However the food left a lot to be desired. Had the bruschetta and it was ice cold. Would have tasted better had the tomatoes just been roasted and not sat in the fridge. Also had the margherita pizza and it was extremely bland. Spaghetti and meatballs were ok.
Best part of meal was the bread with the dipping oil. Would not be back based on this. One of our favorite go to places for wine and pizza - especially since they have a delicious gluten free pizza crust.
Always excellent service and enjoy watching people and listening to the musical performers. Food was subpar. Cauliflower burned, calamari barely cooked. I attentive waiters. Pizza was like a cafeteria. Everything was outstanding. Our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Never disappoints. The Bastianich wines are delicious! This is a real tourist place sitting on the piazza in the Grande Canal Shops. A very pleasant experience to sit outside and people watch.
The service was very good everyone was a pleasure when we asked for anything. It was comfortable. The food is good. Absolutely plenty of choices. This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas because the food is so thoughtfully prepared. The flavors are unique--not typical sloppy Italian. Many ingredients are made in house and this is what makes the difference. I always love what I get here! The food, service, and atmosphere was great not to mention our dinner we didn't wait very long to be served We are now locals since our recent move to Las Vegas.
Prior to our move we visited Las Vegas very often and always came to Ottos at least once and sometimes twice during our visit. We always rave about the restaurant to friends and family and tell them to go to Otto during their time in Vegas. We love everything about the restaurant. Now that we are locals we will come to Otto very frequently. Keep up the great work. Host staff was friendly and attentive when we arrived, we didn't really like the table they were going to seat us at as it was very crowded, they had no problem seating us at a different table.
Our server was not so friendly seemed to always be in a rush and did not seem to have much knowledge of either the wine or food menus. He didn't have any recommendations for wine but questioned me 3 times if I was sure I wanted the wine I chose off the list. When asked for a pizza recommendation he didn't have any suggestions, just told me the one I chose had arugula on it.
We ended up ordering a truffle pizza which was amazing! The pasta we ordered was not so good, it was Pappardelle with chicken ragu, the sauce had so many small bones and skin and cartilage it was not enjoyable.
If you want great pizza this is a good spot but service left much to be desired. Excelente los alimentos de primera todo muy ameno es de mis favoritos. Sub par restaurant for a well know chef owning this! My daughter's cooking is better than the food we had. Very disappointing. This food was a home run! The ricotta balls, the grilled radicchio salad and the artichoke hearts were phenomenal. The service was average at best.
Food was delicious, especially the octopus salad, short rib ravioli and chicken parpadelle. The food at las vegas was good. The apps and salads very good.
Wine list was excellent. The only issue i had was the pizza. It wasnt good at all. Much different than what we are used to in NY. Pricing was also high, but i think all pricing in Vegas is high. Either way, still a great place to eat with an aswesome atmosphere.
Waiter was excellent as well. Food was delicious, atmosphere engaging and our server was informative, attentive and made our experience complete. Service was outstanding Enjoyed our dining experience.
